I would like to find a nice home for this smock wardrobe piece from Dawn Well's "Estate" Moving
Sale...
One of her costumes (not used on Gilligan's Island), a
Doctor's, Dental Assistant, Dentist or Beautician's type Smock
.
Listed as "original" as this was actually worn by Dawn in appearances... She'd apparently regarded the work, since she'd kept it...
This piece appears in online videos of the sale... I guarantee it was owned by Dawn Wells.
Photos of Dawn Wells and T-shirt are shown for reference and are not included.  The shown T-shirt is available on her official website!  She's doing well and busy doing appearances!
She played Mary Ann on the 1960s TV show, "Gilligan's Island."  I have searched around and could not find anything with her wearing a Doctor's or Beautician's type smock.  Perhaps used in an appearance, a skit, promoting a beauty product line... or perhaps this was her theatrical dressing room cover?
Definitely not used in Gilligan's Island.
- Has at least one reddish spot on front (see picture).
- Probably for an appearance, theatrical dressing room cover or promotional use.
- 4 Pockets.
- "MARY ANN" name tag is loosening... Easy fix if desired.
- Age is unknown, but I would surmise within the last 2-3 decades or so.
- I have not cleaned it and I probably never would.
- Apparent make-up trace on neck label.
- Pictures of Dawn and T-shirt are not included.
- This smock appears in videos taken at her Estate Sale.  One of them is
"Daze with Jordan the Lion" Youtube channel at the 7:55 mark.  Probably
other videos, too...!
I will guarantee that this came from Dawn Well's "Estate" Moving Sale and certainly must have been owned and worn by her.  There were a lot of wigs, there.  I'd got quite a few of her items, one of which is also being offered.

Isn't she just the most darling...?  Such a dear.  You can get that pictured T-shirt from her website, I believe.  I'd got one and you can't have it... :)
