30 day return policy from purchase date.  Return shipping will be paid by the buyer
Only a defective item will be 100% refunded
or replaced once it is returned to us.  Upon receipt of the item if it is in proper working order and not defective a 15% restocking fee will be charged plus postage and all fees
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any item returned to us that has been opened and shows signs of use.  If any original packaging is not returned the item is considered an “open box” and the 10% restocking fee will be charged plus postage and all fees.
Some of the items we sell are covered under manufacture warranty.  If you are experiencing problems with functionality, we will provide you with the manufacture’s contact information to utilize their warranty.
