Item must be be professionally installed and installation documentation must be provided in order to qualify for a refund. Any item showing signs of improper installation or tampering will not qualify for a refund. Refunds are limited to the original ebay item and shipping price and do not include labor, diagnostics, towing, or any other expense related to an item being defective/damaged/incorrect. All items that qualify for free shipping are shipped Fedex and go out within 1 to 2 business days(Unless otherwise noted). Free shipping includes shipping to the continental United States only. For expedited options or shipping outside of the continental U.S., arrangements must be made prior to purchase and payment. Large and heavy items will ship via freight at the buyers expense. Freight shipping is only available to business addresses. Appropriate equipment must be available to unload heavy freight items. Any additional shipping charges incurred will be at the buyers expense.
